Reduce bytes, pixels, or both
If a form says “file too large”, start with a maximum file size. If it asks for a specific width and height, set those too. Reducing pixel dimensions is often the most effective way to reduce a large photograph.
Turn a large image into a file that fits. Choose your limit and let UploadMint handle the settings.

JPG, PNG or WebP · up to 30 MBStill images, up to 24 megapixelsIf a form says “file too large”, start with a maximum file size. If it asks for a specific width and height, set those too. Reducing pixel dimensions is often the most effective way to reduce a large photograph.
After processing, compare the original and result previews. The summary shows actual bytes, dimensions and format. If conversion increases the file size, UploadMint reports the increase instead of showing a misleading saving.
Use JPG for widely compatible photographs, PNG for lossless graphics with transparency, and WebP when the destination supports it. Smaller is useful only if the image still looks right and meets the destination’s rules.
UploadMint processes supported images in your browser. Your image is not uploaded to a processing server, and no account is needed. Closing the page clears the working image.
